strange error in get_frame,
need a supervision of Sirp,Jetrel,Crimson …
anyway what platform is ? Mac, Win, iOS ?

That would be Windows, given the file path. But I suspect it happens on any OS. I’m not an expert in this area though, so it’s up to someone else.

When I went to bed last night, they had reproduced the problem and knew what was going on, but not why. And it doesn’t appear to be fixed yet - but at least there’s progress; thanks for the report!
