is it possible to enter the tree houses in frogatto?

also I can’t get that big coin in autumn town (just after twisted trees)…

No, there’s no way to enter them right now.

Get to the platform of the first house in the level, then run left and jump. With decent timing you’ll reach the coin.

Well, are you really dashing before jumping? That is, you tap the direction you want to go (in this case, left) twice, quickly, to go faster.
