The Fan House?

Hello friends! Firstly, I would like to commend the Frogatto developers for making such a beautiful and flavorful game. As Frogatto is the first game I’ve played of its kind, I am having some trouble. In Crevice Village in the Fan House, I do not know how to turn off the downward blowing. I’ve tried spitting projectiles at it, but to no avail. I have a feeling that my answer will seem obvious, but nonetheless, thanks in advance!

There’s a switch lower down, which should perhaps be more obvious.

Update: Now that I’ve found the lever I realise that I had seen it before, but I saw it as some odd part of the globe.
