German translation incomplete

In the very latest version of frogatto (do check out the release candidate that’s in http://www.frogatto.com/devbuilds/frogatto-setup-i386-1.3RC1.exe ) this is fixed; the german translation is indeed currently incomplete (at 95% or so), but this part of it is done.
