Energy Bolt Powerup doesn't deactivate

Somehow, I ended up with an energy bolt that didn’t go away. Pretty cool in gaming terms; it made everything easy mode. However that also meant I couldn’t pick up keys and push levers and thus couldn’t progress. Apparently, saveloading doesn’t fix it either. I eventually just suicided and respawned without the powerup, after which the powerups acted as normal.

Do you have any idea how to reproduce this problem?

Not really. I know it was on the iphone version, though. I’ll post if I can reproduce it.
