I built frogatto package and uploaded it upto Debian/contrib, so now Debian has frogatto, too.

But I have the same problem which has described in this topic. If frog opens any treasure box it may crash.

The subject has [solved] tag, where can I see workaround/fix?

#3

Do you use pulseaudio or alsa?

[quote=“froufrou, post:3, topic:43”]Do you use pulseaudio or alsa?

I use alsa.

I found a workaround (in gameplay): if frog contains anything inside it (key, any enemy, etc) this bug isn’t reproducible.
So if I want to open a box i must find anything to eat

#5

Your crash is different, mine happened after opening the box.

[quote=“froufrou, post:3, topic:43”]Do you use pulseaudio or alsa?

this package is installed, but it crashes if frog doesn’t contain anything inside it

#7

mine, too.
If I opening the box frogatto crashes. Log contains the same records as in the first post this thread

but if frog ate something, the bug isn’t reproducible. So I couldn’t understand how i should do to reproduce it for a long time.

#8

I download source code for version 1.0 and compiled it for ubuntu 10.04. I don’t use pulseaudio, only alsa. Game don’t reproduce this bug. Maybe, matter in it:

Installed using this: http://www.frogatto.com/forum/index.php?topic=20.0
and those deb's are broken?...

#9

packages are not broken, my crash happened due to missing libsdl1.2debian-alsa

I don’t understand what unera is speaking

You had the bug, because (You think:)) libsdl1.2debian-alsa had been missed, I have the same problem but this library is installed on my system.

I watched several crashes near different boxes. The bug is never reproduced if frog ate something (key or any enemy) before opening a box.
If crash is happened, I see the same log (as in the first post).

I enabled –debug option and received crash log
