I finished the game (the ending was hilarious) and noticed that the city to the left of Milgram’s castle on the map was still left to be explored. Is this in development?

As of now, that big city is nothing more than scenery - if we’ll have someday a level where Frogatto is in a sprawling metropolis full of cars to evade, that’s not on the plans yet.
